It has a 100% stake in Vietnam Air Service Company, 70% stake in Jetstar Pacific Airlines, a low-cost carrier and 49% stake in Cambodia Angkor Air, of the Cambodian national airline. The airline joined the SkyTeam airline alliance in June 2010.
